The Cardiff Multicultural Mela 2008

The annual, free of charge 'Cardiff Multicultural Mela' will take place on Sunday 29th June 2008 at Roald Dahl Plass (the Oval Basin) in Cardiff Bay. Originating as Cardiff's first ever, outdoor Multicultural Mela showcasing a wide diversity of cultures, music, dance, arts, fashion and food to name a few a few attracted thousands of people in 2007, making it of the the biggest multicultural event in Wales. Although the Mela's roots are Asian cultures, this is a festival for all and aims to educate, share and celebrate all cultures.
